The Beaconsfield Mine collapsed on the 15th of March. Beaconsfield mine is in T.A.S. It collased at around 2a.m. 14 people were in the mine when it collased, 11 got out but 3 didn’t. Larry Night died instatly from rocks but Tod and Craig lived. They finally got out 2 weeks later. I was bored of this at first but when I thought about it, it was amazing.   

It was my first day at my new school. I had alot of old friends and a few new ones. My new school was Sackvile High. There were only about 69 kids in the whole school and most of the school was in one class. After about a week of school the hall was burnt down and three kids died. Every few weeks the school was broken into. When my parents finally paid off the bills I moved school. I’m now at Carlingford High, there has been no fires or break-ins and most of my friends came to.

It’s not easy being green. The disaster happened in science a few weeks ago. It didn’t happen instantly, more like six hours later. I woke up in the morning and had breakfast as usual but then when I went to clean my teeth and I noticed, my whole body was GREEN! I had to go to school, I couldn’t just not go so I went. When I arrived the laughter and staring began. People were saying things like “Go back to Ireland” and “It’s not ST. Patirck’s Day”. This lasted for about a week then as suddenly as it began I tuned back to my normal self.
